Booking terms - accomodation

These booking terms apply to the reservation and use of the rental property. The booking terms will take effect immediately upon booking and will apply to the contractual relationship between the customer and the service provider. By booking the accommodation, the customer assures that he / she has read the booking terms and has accepted the Terms and Conditions.

1. Making a reservation

The person making the reservation must be 18 years of age when making the reservation. You can make a reservation with the calendar on the website or by phone or email. Reservation is binding. The entire booking will be paid at once. The invoice will be sent by email after the reservation confirmation.

The invoice is due within 14 days. The reservation will remain in effect when the customer has paid the full amount of the reservation by the due date.

If the reservation starts within 14 days of the date of booking, the reservation must be paid immediately. The booking fee must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice.

All invoice comments must be reported within 14 days of the invoice date. The invoice is paid as a SEPA payment (IBAN and BIC). The invoice contains the name and contact details of the subject and the entrepreneur.

The prices include the current VAT. We reserve the right to change prices.

2. Changes and cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be made in writing or by calling. A cancellation is deemed to have occurred when the service provider has received the cancellation information. The customer must always cancel the non-used reservation. If canceled 7 days before the start of the reservation, the cancellation is free of charge. If the customer cancels the reservation after the reservation is less than 7 days away, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The booking will not be automatically canceled if the customer fails to pay the invoice, but the customer must always cancel the reservation he / she does not intend to use. If the invoice has not been paid despite the payment reminder, the service provider has the right to cancel the reservation and charge the customer the cancellation fee according to the booking conditions.

30% of the value of the reservation but with a minimum of 20,00 € (incl. VAT) is retained as cancellation costs.

In case of force majeure, the service provider may cancel the reservation. Any other costs incurred by the customer from the canceled reservation agreement will not be reimbursed. The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the Customer has not complied with the instructions for stay in previous bookings or if the Customer has otherwise acted in violation of the Rental Agreement.

4. Compensation for damage

The customer is obliged to compensate the service provider for the damage he has caused to the sauna, furniture or the sauna yard, as well as to the damage caused by other members of the same company.

5. Disputes and their settlement

Any complaints must always be made immediately to the service provider. If this is not possible or if there is no satisfactory solution or claim for compensation, the complaint must be sent in writing within one month of the end of the reservation to:
